Andrew is a chartered engineer with over thirty years’ experience in the feasibility, design and implementation of infrastructure projects as part of multidisciplinary teams and for the last twenty years in the preparation of EIAs, Assessment of Environmental Effects, EM&A programmes and implementation of EMPs.
